Students applying to visual arts, graphic design, architecture, or film programs, make sure to attend a National Portfolio Day event. Representatives from accredited colleges will review your artwork and offer feedback. This is a great way to find out about different programs and make connections. Performing Arts & Musical Theatre

Some colleges participate in the Unified Auditions for acting and musical theatre, which allows students to audition for numerous university programs in one location. This saves both time and money. Other colleges hold auditions on campus during specific days or weekends. Often prescreen videos need to be uploaded through the Acceptd website. Advance planning is crucial to successful auditions. Make sure you check the dates that each college opens its audition registration, since dates and times fill up fast.
